- Step 1 : Enter Operator Id : demo & Password : demo, press Enter. This will open Operator Area in a new window.

- Step 2 : In the Operator Area, click on Launch Monitor Window, then select domain www.livesupportperson.com and click again (make sure to close your popup blocker or add livesupportperson.com to the safe list in popup blocker). This will open Monitor Window. Click on Open Traffic Monitor to view current visitors on this page..
- Step 3 :Click on image below, this will open a Support Request window, fill in your name and question and submit. In operator Monitor Window, accept the support request. This will open operator's chat window. Now you will have two chat windows opened in your computer, one for operator & other one for the visitor. As currently you are acting as both, both windows have opened in your computer. Continue chatting, Enjoy.
